LONGi Solar is recruiting a BESS Delivery & Service Engineer (Utility Scale) to lead the execution and lifecycle support of large-scale battery energy storage projects after project closure. You will manage technical delivery, commissioning, and O&M support, collaborating with EPCs, grid operators, and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in utility-scale renewables, with strong knowledge of grid integration and battery systems, and willingness to travel to project sites.

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience in utility-scale renewable energy or power infrastructure projects.
• Certifications to work on site.
• Experience with large-scale BESS, solar + storage, or grid infrastructure preferred.
• Strong understanding of Grid integration, Power systems, Energy management systems, High-voltage systems, HSE.

Mansioni

• Oversee full lifecycle delivery of utility-scale BESS projects.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, integrators, and equipment suppliers.
• Develop commissioning plans, procedures, and tests for BESS projects.
• Provide O&M service after COD and support maintenance.
• Ensure safety compliance and manage subcontractors.
