Longi Solar is seeking a BESS Delivery & Service Manager / Engineer (C&I Projects) to lead the delivery, commissioning, and lifecycle support of energy storage projects in Italy. You will own the project from handover to installation and after-sales service, ensuring safety and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong project coordination, travel to sites, and collaboration with EPCs, installers, and suppliers to meet performance targets.

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in renewable energy, BESS, solar + storage, or power systems.
• Experience in C&I energy storage or distributed energy projects preferred.
• Understanding of BESS components including: Battery systems; PCS / inverters; EMS / monitoring systems.
• Experience in project delivery or field engineering.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end delivery of C&I BESS projects, from handover to commissioning.
• Coordinate with EPC partners, installers and subcontractors for installation and handover.
• Manage milestones, budget, site safety and quality standards across projects.
• Provide commissioning support, system integration, testing and verification of performance.
• Deliver post-installation technical support and service coordination with customers and vendors.
