Job summary

Inspired Education Group is seeking an dynamic Upper Primary Teacher to join the St. Louis School Colonna Campus in Italy, starting January 2027.

The successful candidate will motivate students to think critically, deliver English National Curriculum aligned lessons, assess progress, and collaborate across year groups within an international school community. Relocation support is provided by the school.

Qualifications

University degree in Education or a related subject with a recognised teaching qualification.
Proven experience teaching Upper Primary (Years 4–6).
Strong understanding of literacy, numeracy, and cross-curricular learning at Key Stage 2.
Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum is preferred.

Responsibilities

Model and promote the school mission, values and Positive Behaviour Policy to foster a respectful, inclusive learning culture.
Deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons aligned with the English National Curriculum and the Inspired Education ethos.
Use formative and summative assessments to monitor progress, inform planning and provide feedback to students and parents.
Collaborate with colleagues across year groups to ensure continuity, progression and consistency in teaching and learning.
Lead or assist with clubs, events, or school projects that enrich the wider learning experience.
