Leidos in Sigonella, Italy seeks a TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative to educate beneficiaries and enroll in the TRICARE Overseas Program. You will process enrollments, provide guidance on benefits, and assist with claims and PCM updates, serving active-duty members and families.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher with strong communication skills, HIPAA compliance, and data handling duties relevant to beneficiary services within a military health context.

Competenze

• Fluent English with strong written and oral communication.
• Experience in healthcare enrollment or beneficiary education preferred.
• Ability to handle PHI and HIPAA compliance requirements.

Mansioni

• Verify Benefits & Enrollment: process enrollments, disenrollments, and transfers via DOES and MHS Genesis.
• PCM Changes: update PCM records following MTF guidelines.
• Education & Customer Service: guide beneficiaries on TRICARE resources, enrollment, and claims.
• Claims Assistance: provide basic claims status updates.
• Conduct Briefings: lead informational sessions at events and clinics.
• Data Management: record daily activities and OHI data in systems.
• Escalation: assess issues and refer complex cases as needed.
• Compliance: follow HIPAA and protect PHI; complete required trainings.
• Collaboration: support remote teammates and train new staff.
