Job summary

Sirio Solutions Engineering SpA (SSE SpA) is seeking a Treasury Support in Tuscany to monitor daily cash, support forecasting, and coordinate with banking partners. You will work closely with Operations and Project Managers to align the financial plan with project progress.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare payments from parent company bank accounts and file related docs.
• Verify customer receipts and daily bank transaction monitoring.
• Reconcile trade payables and manage banking relationships.
• Prepare short- and medium-term cash flow forecast reports.
• Collaborate with Operations to align financial plans with project progress.
• Monitor banking conditions on Italian current accounts; manage related issues.

Job description

Join our Administration, Finance & Controlling team as a Treasury Support and help keep our business moving. In this role, you’ll take an active part in managing the company’s treasury, from daily cash monitoring to financial forecasting, in close collaboration with Operations and our banking partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of payments from the parent company’s bank accounts (e.g. payments to suppliers, consultants, employees) and filing of the related documentation;
• Verification of customer receipts;
• Daily monitoring of bank transactions;
• Reconciliation of trade payables;
• Management of relationships with banks and credit institutions;
• Preparation of short- and medium-term cash flow forecast reports;
• Interaction with the Operations department, particularly Project Managers, to promptly align the financial plan with the actual progress of works;
• Monitoring of banking conditions applied to Italian current accounts;
• Management of any issues related to current accounts, corporate cards and supplier payments.

Key Requirements

• High school diploma or university degree in Economics or Finance;
• 2–3 years of experience in administrative and financial roles;
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel;
• Intermediate/advanced written and spoken Italian and English;

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP and Doc Finance.
• Ability to use AI tools to support daily activities.
