Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics/Finance or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in administrative/financial roles.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel; good Italian and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare payments from parent company bank accounts and file related docs.
• Verify customer receipts and daily bank transaction monitoring.
• Reconcile trade payables and manage banking relationships.
• Prepare short- and medium-term cash flow forecast reports.
• Collaborate with Operations to align financial plans with project progress.
• Monitor banking conditions on Italian current accounts; manage related issues.
