Marposs S.p.A. is seeking a Treasury professional to join the Treasury & Finance Department. The role focuses on daily treasury activities, including cash pooling, liquidity monitoring, and financial reporting.

The candidate will manage home banking, collections, payments, and bank reconciliations, with an emphasis on accuracy and analytic rigor. Fluency in English (B2) and 1–3 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in treasury or accounting processes.
• English at least B2 level.
• Strong numeric and analytical skills.
• SAP ERP knowledge is a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage cash pooling and liquidity monitoring.
• Prepare financial reports and cash flow reports.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will join the Treasury & Finance Department and will be involved in the day-to-day management of the core Treasury activities. Specifically, responsibilities will include:

• Cash pooling management and monitoring of the Company's liquidity position
• Preparation of financial reports and cash flow reporting
• Management of home banking activities, collections and payments, financial accounting entries, and bank reconciliations

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles applied to financial and banking processes
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (B2 level)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Accuracy, reliability, and a strong analytical mindset with a focus on numerical data Previous experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role and knowledge of SAP ERP will be considered a plus.

This position is open to candidates of all genders (Italian Law 903/77).

Compensation and Benefits

The candidate will be hired in accordance with salary transparency regulations (italian law D.Lgs. 96/2026) and based on their actual experience in the field, with a total annual compensation ranging between €33,500 to €40,000

The Company also offers:

• The possibility to work remotely 1 day per week
• Flexible working hours (start time between 8:15 a.m. and 9:15 a.m.; end time between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.; Fridays between 4:45 p.m. and 5:45 p.m.)
