Alliance of Bioversity International & CIAT in Rome is seeking an Assistant I - Treasury to provide operational support to the Treasury HQ team. You will assist with payment processing, accounts payable/receivable, and cash entries across multiple platforms, while maintaining banking records and supporting audits.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year experience in treasury or related fields, proficiency with ERP (Agresso), and fluency in English and Italian.

Competenze

• Secondary/High School Diploma with related treasury/accounting courses.
• Minimum 1 year in treasury, AP/AR, or banking operations.
• Experience with ERP systems (Agresso) required.
• Exposure to multi-currency payments is desirable.

Mansioni

• Review payment requests for accuracy and currency totals.
• Record payments in ERP with GL postings and notifications.
• Maintain up-to-date bank code registrations and banking details.
• Support AP/AR data accuracy for multi-currency payments.
• Process manual StoneX payments and bank statement verification.
• Prepare weekly LOA payment reports and organize bank records.
