We can help them actually move: BC Recruitment finds multilingual people jobs abroad in customer service, sales and tech, in places like Greece, Portugal, Cyprus and Spain, often with help to relocate.

We're looking for creators in Italy to partner with us. You keep making the content you love; we give you real job opportunities to share, and you earn when your audience gets hired.

About the role

• Independent partner, fully remote, alongside your own content
• Share open jobs abroad with your audience in your own style: stories, videos, posts, your community
• Interested followers apply through your personal link, and we take it from there: screening, interviews, offer and the move
• No recruitment experience needed. We give you the jobs, the facts and support

What you earn

• Performance-based payouts for every follower who gets hired: typically €300 to €1,000+ per placement, depending on the role
• No cap on your earnings.
• One good video can lead to several hires.
• Partners who bring steady results get better payouts and first access to new roles.
• You're paid your share when the employer pays us. Every employer has its own payment terms, so timing differs by role, and we tell you the terms before you start on one - We walk you through everything in the first call
