Perfetti Van Melle is seeking a Transport Planner to ensure timely, cost-effective transportation across Europe. The role translates supply plans into efficient transport execution while coordinating with warehouses, carriers, and customer service teams.

You will implement route optimization, monitor performance, and ensure compliant export/import documentation. Strong analytical skills and collaboration across functions are essential.

Competenze

• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Economics.
• At least 3 years in supply chain, logistics, or planning.
• Proficient in English.
• Experience with 3PLs, carriers, and documentation.

Mansioni

• Plan and schedule transportation activities.

Main purpose of the Role

Ensures timely, cost-effective, and reliable transportation of goods across Europe, translating supply plans into efficient transport execution while collaborating with warehouses, carriers, and customer service teams.

Our Perfect Candidate

• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Economic fields
• 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistic, Planning
• Proficiency in English
• Experience with TMS (e.g., SAP TM, Oracle TMS)
• Excel and transport tools knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Problem-solving mindset
• Knowledge of European transport and Incoterms
• Familiarity with shipment documentation (export declarations, T1/T2, CMR, packing lists)
• Understanding of transport cost structures and KPIs
• Experience with logistics providers

The position offers a gross annual salary starting from €32,000. Additional compensation and company benefits may also apply and will be discussed and defined during the selection process and on an individual basis.
