Haier Europe is seeking a Supply Chain Excellence Junior PMO to support transportation planning analysis and transformation initiatives. The role combines data-driven decision-making with dashboard development and KPI monitoring to improve service levels and cost efficiency.

You will work with cross-functional teams, leverage SAP IBP/PPDS and other TMS tools, and contribute to project governance and milestones within a dynamic transformation program.

• 1–3 years of experience in Transportation Planning, Logistics, or Planning Analytics.
• Good understanding of transportation processes, logistics flows and cost drivers.

Supply Chain Excellence Junior PMO

An exciting opportunity to contribute to Haier Europe. The company is on a journey to achieve ambitious growth and leadership objectives in the region, and we are seeking someone passionate, proactive, self‑driven, and motivated to join a team of open‑minded individuals. The role is fully dedicated to project and program management activities, combining analytical capabilities with a solid understanding of transportation and planning processes to support data‑driven decision‑making and transformation delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the analysis and optimization of Transportation Planning processes, including network flows, service levels, and cost drivers.
• Contribute to the definition and monitoring of transportation KPIs (e.g., service level, lead time, transport cost, utilization).
• Perform data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and support decision‑making.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools.
• Support the identification, structuring, and execution of Supply Chain transformation initiatives, focusing on transportation and analytics topics.
• Contribute to project planning, timeline definition, and activity tracking; monitor milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Support transformation initiatives involving Supply Chain systems and digital tools (e.g., SAP IBP, PPDS, Transportation Management solutions).
• Contribute to data validation, testing phases, rollout activities, and data governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective execution.
• Coordinate with external consultants and system integrators, particularly on transportation and analytics‑related topics.
• Facilitate communication and follow‑up on project activities.
• Prepare project governance materials (status updates, steering committee presentations, action tracking).
• Support benefit tracking and performance measurement of transformation initiatives.
• Ensure structured documentation of initiatives, processes, and outcomes.

What You Need to Succeed

• 1–3 years of experience in Transportation Planning, Logistics, or Planning Analytics; exposure to Supply Chain.
• Good understanding of transportation processes, logistics flows, and cost drivers.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data (Excel, BI tools, reporting).
• Familiarity with Supply Chain systems (SAP IBP, PPDS, Transportation Management systems) is a plus.
• Initial exposure to projects, transformation initiatives, or cross‑functional activities.
• Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset.
• Interest in transportation optimization and Supply Chain analytics.
• Structured and organized approach; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive attitude and ownership.
• Communication and stakeholder management skills.
