Henkel is seeking a logistics professional to support transport planning, ensuring on-time deliveries and carrier availability. You will coordinate with warehouses and control tower teams, manage rush express deliveries, and keep master data up to date, while monitoring shipments with track & trace tools.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Logistics or related field, bilingual or fluent English communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

What you´ll do

• Coordinates and supports the transport planning process to ensure delivery of goods ontime
• Coordinate with transport planner closely and ensures availability of carriers
• Coordinate with warehouses and Customer Service Control Tower
• Manage express deliveries to cover rush orders
• Keep and assure Master data updates
• Monitor deliveries ongoing via track & trace tool
• Manage transport complaints
• Provide reconciliation of deviations in carrier invoicing with Purchasing / Finance
• Provide transport KPIs reports to support carrier performance review
