Henkel in Milan invites undergraduates and graduates with a Master in Marketing, Economics or Management to join a dynamic shopper marketing team. You will analyze customer and brand performance, support project development, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing.

This hybrid role offers a monthly gross allowance of €850, national and international growth opportunities, and a strong emphasis on analytical skills, English proficiency, and MS Office expertise.

Competenze

• Bachelor's/Master level candidates in Marketing, Economics or Management.
• Strong analytical abilities and high attention to detail.
• Excellent command of English; Italian mandatory.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Curious, proactive and goal-oriented team player with strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Analyze and monitor customer and brand performance (Sell-In and Sell-Out) and KPIs.
• Support shopper marketing team in project development (consumer promos, category projects).
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and cross-functional teams.

• Responsibility for analyzing and monitoring customer & brand performance (e.g., Sell-In and Sell-Out) and KPIs
• Support to the shopper marketing team in the project development (i.e. consumer promo, category projects)
• Close collaboration with the multifunctional team (e.g. Sales, Mktg)
• Opportunities to manage relationships with agencies, external research institutes and clients .
