Valentino is seeking a Transformation Project Coordinator to drive Supply Chain and Inventory initiatives at our Marche location. You will map processes, define lean S&OP and inventory management, and push improvements with senior leadership oversight.

Coordinate governance, timelines, milestones and action plans while translating strategic objectives into concrete roadmaps. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and stakeholder facilitation are essential.

• Facilitate execution of transformation initiatives across Supply Chain
• Coordinate activities, timelines and milestones for strategic programs
• Drive cross-functional alignment and governance for transformation projects
• Support S&OP deployment, inventory planning and continuous improvement
• Coordinate Inventory War Room and ensure timely action implementation
• Identify trade-offs across planning, inventory, operations, logistics and commercial priorities
• Escalate bottlenecks and risks to ensure timely delivery
• Develop and monitor transformation roadmaps with functional leaders
• Prepare executive updates and management reports for senior leadership
• Support outsourcing and carve‑out assessments and business case development
• Promote standardized governance and reporting across the portfolio
• Partner with IT and business to define requirements for tech solutions
