Zenith Global S.P.A., part of IQ-EQ, invites motivated graduates or undergraduates to join the Transaction Management Office as an intern in Italy. You will gain hands-on experience supporting securitisation transactions, liaising with internal teams and external counterparties, and assisting in risk/compliance and structuring activities.

The role offers hybrid work with remote options up to three days per week, exposure to AML/KYC processes, and opportunities to develop client relationship

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Law, Political Science, or related field.
• Interest in AML regulations, compliance, and the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Good command of English (B1 level or above).
• Previous experience in AML/KYC or related areas is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support the execution of new securitisation transactions with information gathering and cross‑department coordination.
• Serve as first point of contact for operational issues before transaction completion.
• Coordinate pre-closure activities with external counterparties.
• Monitor transaction documentation reviews by external counsel and internal Legal Department.
• Coordinate contract signing processes.
• Act as point of contact for technical issues before and during lifecycle, focusing on client relations.
• Assist with post‑closing amendments and unwinding activities.
• Participate in internal and external audit activities when required.
• Support Commercial team in business development and marketing.
• Assist Risk & Compliance with KYC processes.
• Support Structuring team in day-to-day activities.
