ETAP Software in Bergamo, Italy, is seeking a Technical Trainer & Software Support Specialist for CAD/CAE (IGE‑XAO / ETAP). This role blends technical expertise with a passion for training and customer support within a collaborative team.

You will lead training sessions, provide troubleshooting, and help customers adopt our CAD‑CAE solutions. On-site work in Bergamo, strong communication, and willingness to engage with pre‑sales activities are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training sessions on IGE‑XAO/ETAP electrical CAD‑CAE software to customers and partners.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users via email, phone, and remote assistance.
• Prepare training materials, documentation, and updated learning resources.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and contribute to product improvement feedback.
• Assist in pre‑sales activities when required by demonstrating software capabilities.

Essential Requirements

• Technical background in electrical engineering, automation, industrial design, or related fields.
• Experience with CAD/CAE tools for electrical design.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyse technical problems and propose effective solutions.
• Willingness to work on‑site full time in Bergamo.
