You will lead training sessions, provide troubleshooting, and help customers adopt our CAD‑CAE solutions. On-site work in Bergamo, strong communication, and willingness to engage with pre‑sales activities are essential.

Competenze

• Degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Experience with CAD/CAE tools for electrical design.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyse technical problems and propose solutions.
• Willingness to work on-site full-time in Bergamo.

Mansioni

• Deliver technical training sessions on IGE‑XAO/ETAP CAD‑CAE software to customers and partners.
• Provide technical support via email, phone, and remote assistance.
• Prepare training materials and updated learning resources.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and contribute to product improvement feedback.
• Assist in pre‑sales activities when required by demonstrating software capabilities.
