ESSERS ITALIA SRL is seeking an Officer Warehouse to manage stock follow-ups and deliver accurate, responsive administrative support in our warehouse environment.

You will coordinate drivers and customers, ensuring clear, professional communication and availability of necessary documents.

As an administrative figure, you not only ensure correct follow-up and good management of our stock, but you also know how to give our customers an accurate answer at all times about the existing stock. Within our warehouse, you are the person who keeps the drivers, customers and your own organization satisfied thanks to your smooth administrative skills. This means that, on the one hand, you are responsible for the smooth processing of the mailbox. On the other hand, you guarantee open and smooth communication to our customers/transporters. Our international and national drivers are briefed by you at the counter, from arrival to departure, regarding the cargo they need to transport. You ensure that they also have all the necessary administrative documents.

YOUR TALENTS

Like no other, you know how to figure out the procedures, regulations, quality standards and you succeed in administratively handling this. You demonstrate a hands-on mentality in which you attach great importance to accuracy and customer focus. Even when things get busy, you manage to speak to customers and drivers with the necessary maturity, independence and professionalism. Since you encounter national and international drivers and customers, you know how to speak to them easily in Danish and English, both verbally and in writing.
