Affinity Petcare in Italy seeks a Trainee for Financial Planning & Analysis. As a trainee, you'll support financial activities including budget preparation, monthly reporting, and variance analysis, while actively participating in internal business processes.

The ideal candidate is an undergraduate or recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering, with strong analytical and Excel skills, and a customer-oriented mindset. The role offers a hybrid working model alongside professional development through the Affinity University Platform.

Your Role

Are you a budding talent eager to dive into the dynamic world of pet nutrition? As a trainee at Affinity Petcare, you'll have the exciting opportunity to grow as FP&A (Financial Planner & Analyst).

What you will do

• Support financial closing activities and monthly reporting.
• Support budget preparation (monthly, annual, forecasts, and presentations).
• Support variance analysis between actual results and budget, proposing corrective actions where necessary.
• Participate in ad hoc special projects with the Sales & Marketing team.
• Take an active role in key internal business processes and company meetings.
