Affinity Petcare in Turbigo, Italy is seeking a trainee FP&A (Financial Planner & Analyst). In this role, you will assist with financial closing activities, monthly reporting, and variance analysis while collaborating with the Sales & Marketing team on special projects.

The ideal candidate will be a student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, or Engineering, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel. The position offers a hybrid working model with various benefits.

Your Role

As a trainee FP&A (Financial Planner & Analyst) at Affinity Petcare, you will support financial closing activities, monthly reporting, budget preparation, variance analysis, special projects with Sales & Marketing, and engage in key internal business processes and company meetings.

What You Will Do

• Support financial closing activities and monthly reporting.
• Support budget preparation (monthly, annual, forecast, and presentations).
• Support variance analysis between actual results and budget, proposing corrective actions where necessary.
• Participate in ad‑hoc special projects with the Sales & Marketing team.
• Take an active role in key internal business processes and company meetings.
