Shiseido, a global beauty leader, offers a 6-month paid Internship in the Italy US Brands division in Milan. The TRADE MARKETING INTERN US BRANDS will support promotional material, trade marketing plans, and e-retail animations for brands NARS, Drunk Elephant and Dr Dennis Gross.

You will analyze data, prepare presentations, and assist in ROI tracking within a fast-paced, luxury beauty environment. The role requires a marketing/economics background, strong Excel and PowerPoint, English

Competenze

Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
Excellent analytical and computer skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Entrepreneurship and digital mindset with willingness to learn and deliver ambitious projects.
Proactivity, problem solving, precision, attention to detail.
Dynamic, flexible with good time and stress management.
Positive attitude and teamwork; interest in beauty and luxury sector.
Business English skills; SAP knowledge is a plus.
At least one trainee experience in FMCG or Beauty & Luxury is a plus.

Mansioni

Support in development and disposal of promotional materials.
Execute trade marketing plan across customers: availability, display, communication, sharing with sales.
Develop animations for the e-retail channel.
Follow-up trade marketing activities by collecting visuals and dossiers.
Competitor analysis and assist in POS strategy.
Monitor customer sell-out and share results with team and management.
Use SAP for purchase orders.
Create presentations for customer visits.
Organize follow-up and ROI analysis for events.
