Shiseido is offering a 6-month paid internship in Milan with the US Brands division, focusing on PR & Communication for NARS, Drunk Elephant and related brands. The role involves supporting the PR team, coordinating with marketing, and assisting with events, digital PR, and editorial planning.

Fluency in business English and a proactive mindset are required. The internship includes smartworking options (2 days/week) and meal vouchers, with a potential extension.

Competenze

• Excellent analytical and computer skills with MS Office.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint usage.
• Business English proficiency.
• Previous FMCG/Beauty experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Assist PR & Communication Manager and coordinate with marketing functions.
• Support US Brands division's communication activities in the affiliate.
• Contribute to press office tasks: releases, mailing lists, contacts with publications, reports.
• Support events and campaigns for US brands (NARS, Drunk Elephant, Dr Dennis Gross).
• Assist with influencer marketing and digital PR briefs and follow-ups.
• Support monthly editorial planning for social profiles.
• Assist on/offline media campaign launches; asset preparation.
• Collaborate with HQ for plan approvals and activity reports.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Trade Marketing and Digital teams.
