AB InBev in Milan, Italy is offering a six-month Trade Marketing Internship starting July or September 2026. You will develop and plan trade activations, analyze performance, support the Sales Team, and collaborate with agencies to execute Ho.Re.Ca.

initiatives. The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Engineering or related field, strong data analysis skills (Excel & PowerPoint), fluency in Italian and English, and a proactive mindset.

• Knowledge of Marketing and Trade Marketing
• Good data analysis skills and result-oriented mindset (Excel & PowerPoint)
• Organizational capacity & priority management
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Curious, proactive, and highly motivated to learn
• Fluent in Italian and English spoken and written
• Previous work/internship experience is a plus

Mansioni

• Develop and plan Trade Activations: agent incentives, sales promo & trade execution (Ho.Re.Ca.)
• Analyze performance and KPIs with internal reporting & NPS
• Support the Sales Team in the execution
• Develop the rewards catalogue and upload information into the CMS (Content Management System)
• Collaborate with external agencies (Graphic Agency and APP Developers)
• Create presentations for internal cross-functional alignment (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Tech Sales, Sales, Logistics)
• Monitor request trends through Customer Service
• Identify new business opportunities
