AB InBev invites you to join as a Trade Marketing Intern for a 6-month program starting July/September 2026 in Milan. You will contribute to growing iconic brands, plan activations, and support the Sales and Marketing teams while gaining hands-on experience in a high-energy environment.

You will develop skills in trade marketing, CMS content uploads, and agency collaboration, working with Excel and PowerPoint to drive performance and results across Ho.Re.Ca. channels.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of Marketing and Trade Marketing.
• Strong data analysis skills with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Organizational and priority management abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ownership and accountability.
• Curious, proactive and motivated to learn.
• Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written).
• Previous work or internship experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Develop and plan Trade Activations: incentives, promos and trade execution (Ho.Re.Ca.).
• Analyze performance and KPIs with internal reporting and NPS.
• Support the Sales Team in the execution.
• Develop the rewards catalogue and upload into CMS.
• Collaborate with external agencies (Graphic Agency and APP Developers).
• Create presentations for cross-functional alignment (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Tech Sales, Sales, Logistics).
• Monitor request trends through Customer Service.
• Identify new business opportunities.

6 MONTHS INTERNSHIP STARTING IN JULY/SEPTEMBER 2026

YOUR TASK:

• Develop and plan Trade Activations: agent incentives, sales promo & trade execution (Ho.Re.Ca.)
• Analyze performance and KPIs with internal reporting & NPS
• Support the Sales Team in the execution
• Develop the rewards catalogue and upload information into the CMS (Content Management System)
• Collaborate with external agencies (Graphic Agency and APP Developers)
• Create presentations for internal cross-functional alignment (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Tech Sales, Sales, Logistics)
• Monitor request trends through Customer Service
• Identify new business opportunities

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
