AB InBev invites graduates to join its Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) program, a 10-month development track starting in August 2027. Trainees rotate across Sales, Commercial, and Supply & Logistics, gaining hands-on experience and leadership exposure in a global beer company.

You will be challenged to navigate an ambiguous career path with geo-mobility while developing core leadership capabilities. English fluency and local language proficiency are required, with travel within Europe possible.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated before September 2027 and within the last two years.
• No more than 2 years of professional experience (internships/volunteer work excluded).
• Fluent English and native language of applying country.
• Valid permanent visa/work permit for country of application.

Responsibilities

• 10-month GMT program starting August 2027 with 3–4 month rotations.
• Work on real business projects in Sales, Commercial, Supply & Logistics.

What is it?

Our Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) programme is a

• 10 months program starting in August 2027
• 3–4-month rotations within the program
• As a junior talent, you will work on real business projects situated in Sales, Commercial, Supply & Logistics
• You will have a 70-20-10 learning and development approach, where 70% Learning on the Job, 20% Exposure to Other, 10% Formal Learning & Training

To be eligible:

• You must have graduated (before September 2027 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor's, Master's (or equivalent) degree.
• You should also have no more than 2 years of professional experience (internships/volunteers/student jobs not included).
• Your passion and ownership are more important than the subject you studied.
• Fluent English is needed, as well as the native language of the country you are applying in.
• A valid permanent visa/work permit is required in the country of application to be eligible for the programme.
• During the 10-month program and beyond, you might be required to travel within your country of application and across Europe.
