Job summary

McArthurGlen Group, Europe’s leading designer outlets group, seeks a Tourism Manager for Noventa Designer Outlet to lead tourism strategy and partnerships. You will develop the annual plan, engage tour operators and tourism boards, and drive visitor numbers and revenue across local and international markets.

Lead initiatives, analyze footfall data, and collaborate with centre and corporate teams to maximize opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with tour operators, tourism boards and travel agencies.
• Strong B2B partnership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent networking, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Commercial awareness and data-informed decision making.
• Fluent Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual tourism business plan for Noventa Designer Outlet.
• Build relationships with tour operators, travel agencies and tourism boards.
• Identify opportunities to increase visitor numbers and revenue.
• Represent the business at industry events and measure performance using data.
