Momentive is seeking a Tolling intern to support the Global and EMEA Tolling Leader in Europe. The role focuses on managing all aspects (EHS, quality, service, financial) of production made at external suppliers for the European market, with exposure to data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or industrial chemistry
• Highly motivated and energetic with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Good English skills (written and spoken)

Job Title

Summary

The Tolling Intern will support the Global and EMEA Tolling Leader to manage all aspects (EHS, quality, service, financial) of Momentive production made at external suppliers for European market.

• Supports the Tolling leader in collecting and analyzing data to measure Tollers’ performance and Tolling KPI’s
• Supports the Tolling leader in the communication with tollers for problems related to Quality, Service.

N/A Compensation for this role will be competitive and aligned with market practices in the respective location and, where applicable, with the provisions of the applicable National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL), including relevant sector agreements (e.g., the Chemical Industry agreement or, for executive roles, the agreement for Executives of Companies Producing Goods and Services in Italy). Actual pay is determined based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, and geographic location. The compensation package includes a fixed salary and, where applicable, participation in collective performance-based reward programs linked to Company and individual performance and governed by applicable collective bargaining and company agreements. This role may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation. Any such incentives are governed by the terms of the Company’s applicable plans and are based on company performance and/or individual performance.
