Momentive is seeking a Supply Chain Representative in Italy to align material availability with production plans and customer demand. You will work closely with Manufacturing, Logistics and Supply Chain teams to coordinate short-term planning activities and help drive reliable product delivery.

This role offers exposure to site operations and an opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement in cost, service and process efficiency while ensuring ERP, safety and quality standards are met.

Competenze

  • Bachelor’s degree in management engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
  • 1+ years of industry experience ERP (SAP).
  • Fluent in Italian & English.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools.

Mansioni

  • Support short-term production and supply planning within the planning time fence based on demand and supply signals.
  • Assist in production scheduling and material planning activities in coordination with Manufacturing and Supply Chain stakeholders.
  • Monitor planning exceptions and material shortages using ERP and planning systems, following defined procedures and escalation rules.
  • Track execution versus plan and follow up on delays, non-executed schedules, or supply constraints.
  • Support actions to minimize backorders and service disruptions.
  • Ensure adherence to SIOP processes, logistics standards, and internal supply chain policies.
  • Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound transportation activities, including road and ocean freight, coordinating with Logistics Coordinator as needed.
  • Support import activities for raw materials and other inbound supplies.
  • Assist in supplier payment‑related activities (purchase requests, invoice verification, goods receipt) for logistics services.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation required for daily inbound and outbound logistics operations.
  • Ensure accuracy and maintenance of logistics‑related master data in ERP systems.
  • Apply EHS rules and contribute to a strong safety culture in all logistics and supply chain activities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost, service, and process efficiency.
  • Participate in periodic reviews with logistics service providers as required.
  • Actively participate in global supply chain and logistics digitization initiatives, supporting the adoption of standard tools, processes, and data‑driven practices.

Supply Chain Representative

Play a key role in ensuring smooth manufacturing operations by aligning material availability and production plans with customer demand. Working closely with Manufacturing, Logistics and Supply Chain teams, you will coordinate short-term planning activities, support material availability and help drive reliable product delivery. This position offers broad exposure across site operations and the opportunity to make a direct impact on production continuity, customer service and supply chain performance while ensuring compliance with ERP processes, safety and quality standards. Ideal for professionals who enjoy problem-solving, cross‑functional collaboration and driving operational excellence in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support short-term production and supply planning within the planning time fence based on demand and supply signals.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in management engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
  • 1+ years of industry experience ERP (SAP).
  • Fluent in Italian & English.

What We Offer
  • Base Pay Range: €29,100 - €42,680
  • variable incentive compensation.

Compensation for this role will be competitive and aligned with market practices in the respective location and, where applicable, with the provisions of the applicable National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL), including relevant sector agreements (e.g., the Chemical Industry agreement or, for executive roles, the agreement for Executives of Companies Producing Goods and Services in Italy). Actual pay is determined based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, and geographic location. Where applicable, country‑specific salary ranges will be communicated during the hiring process in line with local pay transparency regulations. This role may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation. Any such incentives are governed by the terms of the Company’s applicable plans and are based on company performance and/or individual performance.
