Love’s Travel Stops is hiring Tire Technician – Truck Care to support our fast-paced service bays. You’ll handle tire removal, rotation, and replacement for commercial vehicles, interact with drivers, and help maintain a clean, safe shop environment while delivering top-notch service.

No prior experience is required; we will train you. The role offers rotating day/night shifts, opportunities for growth across Love’s network, and benefits including tuition assistance, PTO, and comprehensive

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Able to lift 75+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
• Willing to work a rotating day/night schedule.
• Commitment to safety policies and excellent customer service.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of tire sales, removal, and replacement for trucks.
• Perform equipment maintenance and housekeeping duties.
• Interact with drivers and customers to ensure a positive service experience.
• Obtain medical card via DOT training if required (paid by Love’s).
• Adhere to safety policies and drive a zero-incident work environment.

Job Functions

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
