Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Sales Specialist to help customers keep their vehicles running safely while developing the skills for a long-term career within Bridgestone’s retail network.

You will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement across more than 2,200 locations. This role offers a clear development path and a structured team environment with dedicated leaders guiding your growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to learn new systems and operational processes

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
• Build trust and lasting relationships with customers
• Recommend automotive products and services based on customer needs
• Coordinate service appointments and communicate timelines
• Support merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed
• Learn all aspects of store operations and business performance
• Support store leadership and serve as Manager-on-Duty when appropriate as part of your development

• Previous retail sales experience
• Previous automotive experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
