Stellantis invites applications for a junior Propulsion Engines Quality Engineer based in Torino, Italy. You will join the Propulsion Engines Quality team to improve engine performance and reliability across global programs.

This role offers growth through international collaboration with experienced engineers on cutting-edge propulsion tech. You will support deployment of quality standards, assist design reviews, and help monitor KPIs across regions.

Competenze

  • Master degree in a relevant engineering field.
  • 0–3 years of experience.
  • Strong interest in propulsion systems and product quality.
  • Basic knowledge of quality tools such as problem solving and design reviews.
  • Good English; additional languages are a plus.

Mansioni

  • Support deployment of product quality standards for engines in development and production.
  • Contribute to design-related quality activities from early development to end of production.
  • Assist global teams to improve propulsion system processes related to engines.

Job Overview

Responsabilites

In this junior role, you will support the team in:

  • Ensuring the deployment of product Quality standards for engines under development and in production.
  • Contributing to design-related quality activities, from early development to end of production.
  • Supporting global teams in improving propulsion systems processes related to engines.
  • Assisting in design assessments and in tracking quality KPIs across regions and programs.
  • Helping analyze propulsion system interactions to drive continuous quality improvement.
  • Participating in engineering analysis to support resolution of field concerns.
  • Supporting issue management (ALTIS/PLM/GIMs) and follow-up of corrective actions.
  • Collaborating with Customer Experience teams on warranty topics and emerging issues.
  • Reviewing engineering repair and service procedures with guidance from senior engineers.
  • Preparing materials for internal meetings and contributing to project reporting.

Requirements

  • Master degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Mechatronics or Control Engineering.
  • 0-3 years of experience.
  • Strong interest in propulsion systems, engines and product quality.
  • Basic knowledge of quality tools (problem solving, design reviews, continuous improvement).
  • Good analytical mindset and willingness to learn complex technical topics.
  • Ability to stay organized, work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills, team spirit and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Good knowledge of English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Exposure to Six Sigma, Lean, Shainin or similar methodologies (university projects or internships).
  • Previous internship or project work in automotive, propulsion, or quality engineering.

Offer

  • Salary range: from 37000€ to 40000%, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
  • Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL - CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
