Baxter Healthcare in Italy seeks a Therapy Specialist Patient Support Systems (PSS) to drive clinical excellence and commercial growth across Italy and Greece.

As a clinical and technical expert, you will deliver training to healthcare professionals, build relationships with hospitals, support tender processes, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Competenze

• Clinical or healthcare-related educational background.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Italy.

Mansioni

• Deliver impactful product and clinical training to healthcare professionals.
• Partner with Account Managers to develop and execute strategic territory plans.
• Promote the clinical value of Baxter's portfolio based on customer needs and patient outcomes.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with hospitals and healthcare stakeholders.
• Support tender processes end-to-end, from pre-tender strategy to post-award implementation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, IT and other internal stakeholders.
• Leverage CRM tools to plan, track, and optimize business activities and opportunities.
• Identify opportunities across the portfolio to drive growth and upsell.
