Job summary

Nordson Precision Agriculture, ARAG S.r.l.'s Testing Manager role is based in Rubiera, Italy, with responsibility for leading a comprehensive testing and validation function across software, hardware, systems, field, and certification workstreams. Qualifications

• Experience leading testing, validation or quality-related organisations or departments.
• Proven people leadership with ability to grow technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and validation processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience driving process improvements and establishing structured ways of working.
• English language skills at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate testing and validation activities across software, hardware, system, field and certification testing functions.
• Manage and develop testing teams while fostering collaboration across different testing disciplines.
• Define, improve and standardise testing methodologies, processes and validation frameworks.
• Support the planning and execution of validation activities throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Ensure products are validated effectively and released within agreed project timelines.
• Evaluate and improve testing facilities, equipment, tools and overall testing capabilities.
• Collaborate with R&D, Software, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management and Regulatory stakeholders.
• Drive organisational improvements and support the integration of separate testing functions into one coordinated structure.
• Manage external testing partners and laboratories when specialised validation support is required.
• Contribute to future growth plans by assessing team capabilities, resource needs and long-term testing strategy.
