Qualifications

• Previous experience leading a testing, validation or quality-related organisation.
• People leadership experience with the ability to lead and develop technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, validation processes and continuous improvement practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience driving process improvements and implementing structured ways of working.
• English language skills at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate testing across software, hardware, system, field and certification testing.
• Manage and develop testing teams while fostering collaboration across disciplines.
• Define, improve and standardise testing methodologies, processes and validation frameworks.
• Support planning and execution of validation activities throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ensure products are validated and released within project timelines.
• Evaluate and improve testing facilities, equipment, tools and capabilities.
• Collaborate with R&D, Software, Mechanical Eng., Project Management and Regulatory stakeholders.
• Drive organizational improvements and integrate testing functions into one structure.
• Manage external testing partners and labs when specialized validation is required.
• Contribute to future growth by assessing team capabilities and long-term strategy.
