PRISMA in Trento, Italy seeks a hardware validation engineer to plan, execute, and support validation activities across the product lifecycle. You will contribute to testability and validation strategies during electronics design and perform comprehensive tests (functional, electrical, thermal, environmental).

The role requires hands-on testing, strong analytical skills, and fluency in Italian and English to coordinate with internal teams and external laboratories for EMC and regulatory tests.

Competenze

• Bachelor-level or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or related field
• Experience in hardware testing/validation in automotive or industrial electronics
• Experience in automotive electronics testing
• Knowledge of LED drivers, power electronics and mixed-signal circuits
• Proficiency with laboratory instrumentation and schematic interpretation
• Strong analytical mindset and structured problem-solving
• Hands-on, proactive attitude with attention to detail
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication in Italian and English

Mansioni

REQUIRED CAPABILITIES

• -Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field
• -Experience in hardware testing or validation within automotive or industrial electronics
• -Experience in automotive electronics testing
• -Knowledge of LED drivers, power electronics, and mixed-signal circuits
• -Proficiency with laboratory instrumentation and schematic interpretation
• -Strong analytical mindset and structured problem-solving skills
• -Hands-on and proactive attitude with strong attention to detail
• -Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
• -Clear technical communication skills and passion for electronics and automotive technology
• -Good communication skills in Italian and English
