Job summary

Baker Hughes seeks a Manufacturing Experienced Professional - Operation Management (Test Bench Operation Specialist) in Italy to lead the preparation, setup and execution of unit validation tests for centrifugal compressors, steam turbines and turboexpanders, ensuring safety and quality.

You will draw testing reports, read drawings, coordinate test bench activities with engineering and testing teams, and support new test facility development while maintaining asset reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology or equivalent and 4+ years in mechanical/electrical work.
• Fluent in English and Italian with strong communication skills.
• Experience with testing activities and reading technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Execute unit validation tests and data acquisition for product validation.
• Draw up accurate testing reports.
• Read technical documentation and coordinate test bench activities safely.
• Interact with Engineering and Testing teams on technical issues.
• Maintain testing assets reliability and support customers.
• Assist design and construction of new test facilities and instrumentation.
