Baker Hughes in Italy is seeking a Lead Test Project Engineer to head validation tests for turbomachinery product development. You will coordinate internal and external teams, define cost estimates and schedules, and ensure test facilities and measurement systems meet requirements.

The role requires an MSc in Engineering and 5+ years in industrial settings such as power generation or turbomachinery, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualificações

• MSc in Engineering or equivalent, in mechanical, aerospace, energy, electrical, or naval fields.
• 5+ years in industrial environments (power generation, turbomachinery, oil & gas, rotating equipment).
• Experience with verification testing of new products/technologies.
• Exposure to thermodynamics, turbomachinery fundamentals, and drawings/diagrams.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate internal and external teams across the full test cycle (estimations to test execution).
• Act as main technical interface to meet test requirements and drive project completion.
• Create cost estimates and time schedules for validation activities with the team.
• Lead design and construction of test facilities, measuring systems, and test execution.
• Prioritize HSE throughout project execution.
