Baker Hughes in Italy is seeking a Lead Engineer, Testing and Qualification - Test Data Analyst to design, develop, and validate data acquisition systems for turbomachinery and climate technology applications.

You will lead data acquisition during tests, perform data post‑processing, generate test reports for customers, and collaborate with software, hardware, and suppliers to deliver integrated solutions. Fluent English and Italian are required.
