Job summary

Schneider Electric in Italy is seeking a technical pre-sales professional to support customers, partners and sales teams with high-level information on CRAH, Chiller and Liquid Cooling products, aiming to maximize customer satisfaction and improve margins.

You will coordinate quotations, lead times, and project definitions, provide high-level technical guidance to system engineers and sales, and ensure smooth handover to execution teams at PO booking.

Responsibilities

• Quotation of CRAH, Chiller and Liquid Cooling products with cost structure in cooperation with Purchasing Department to define costs of ETO parts/components and monitor margins.
• Lead time and project GANT definition, including special shipments.
• High‑level technical support to SE entities (system engineers or sales) for ETO cooling products (Chiller, CRAH, CRAC, Liquid Cooling).
• Technical definition of ETO products with Product Design Leader (ETO Engineering) and handover to execution team at PO booking.
• Multi‑factory tendering management and ensuring the agreed SLA in terms of response times.
• Support to SE local entities with tenders/specs analysis for large projects and risk analysis.
• Support to Business Developers during customer visits and to Product Business Developers for webinars and trainings.
• Maintain tools to give autonomy on technical design and quotation; provide feedback to improve standardization.
