Vertex, in partnership with Talent Works, is seeking a Tender Operations and Contracts Specialist for a 6-12 month contract in Rome. The role supports tender office operations for public tenders across Italy, Spain and Portugal in a hybrid setup.

You will coordinate documentation, validate submissions, review commercial and contractual papers, and maintain the Tender Dashboard and Repository to enable accurate reporting and timely decision making.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Experience in public tender management or healthcare/pharma sector.
• Strong understanding of public procurement procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.

Mansioni

• Coordinate operational activities related to public tenders.
• Liaise with external tender providers and internal stakeholders for timely submissions.
• Maintain Tender Dashboard and Tender Repository.
• Review tenders, pricing, and post-award contracts.
• Manage bid and performance bonds and reporting.
