SBM Offshore is seeking a Technology Project Lead to support the enhancement of competitive advantage by developing new technologies and concepts aligned with SBM strategies. You will coordinate engineering activities for proposals, technology studies, or pre-FEEDs and ensure a proactive hand-over of deliverables.

The role requires in-depth engineering expertise, a track record of leading engineering teams, and the ability to deliver studies on time with KPI alignment.

Competenze

• 10+ years of engineering experience in country and on construction and/or operational (or test) sites.
• 5+ years of experience in managing engineering teams.

Mansioni

• Develop ideas into concepts through studies and definition of scope of work to come up with optimal solutions.
• Solve problems by involving and challenging other engineering teams, interacting with proposal & framing teams and Business Development on studies.
• Review data, perform analytics and prepare presentations and suggestions in your area of expertise.
• Deliver studies in line with KPIs.
• Cooperate with the Technology Project Engineer and report to the Technology Project Manager in larger study teams.

Formazione

BSc or MSc in the relevant area
