You will troubleshoot complex issues, deliver on-site or remote assistance, and become a subject-matter expert in immunoassays and instrumentation.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of technical support experience with hardware systems in diagnostics/medical devices.
• Strong understanding of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of diagnostic hardware.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex hardware issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian.
