Beckman Coulter is seeking a Hardware and Application Immuno System Technical Support Specialist to provide expert support for diagnostic hardware across Europe. You will troubleshoot complex issues and offer on-site or remote assistance while building deep product knowledge of immunoassay systems.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of technical support experience with hardware systems in diagnostics/medical devices.
• Strong understanding of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of diagnostic hardware.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex hardware issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian.
• Willingness to travel up to ~70% within Europe.
• Remote-based role environment.

• Hardware systems expertise in diagnostic instruments and peripherals.
• Experience with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of diagnostic equipment.
