Speckand in Bolzano is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support specialist to assist employees, analyze errors, and resolve hardware, software, and telecom issues. You will provision and set up new workstations and forward complex requests while helping in problem resolution.

The role requires IT training, knowledge of Windows and Office, plus networking; German is valued and English/Italian are advantageous. The office offers a modern Bolzano center location and ongoing training opportunities.

• Completed IT training or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office.

• Support IT helpdesk and assistance for employees
• Conducting error analysis, along with resolving hardware, software, and telecommunications system issues
• Provision and setup of new workstations
• Forwarding complex requests (internally or to external service providers) and assisting in problem resolution
• Creation, administration, and maintenance of employee accounts and permissions
• Support in the operation of the existing IT infrastructure and systems
• Contribution to the further development of the IT infrastructure
• Support in IT projects
