Job summary

MongoDB Technical Services Engineers combine exceptional problem solving and communication skills with deep technical experience to advise customers and solve complex MongoDB problems.

Based in Milan for our hybrid working model, you will work with large customers on architecture, performance, recovery, security, and scale, while sharing knowledge with the team and contributing to internal tools.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in technical support or customer-facing engineering.
• Experience with distributed systems and database architectures.
• Experience with mission-critical product applications and databases.
• Strong diagnostics and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with architecture, performance, recovery, and security.
• Advise on best practices for running MongoDB at scale.
• Collaborate with product management and development teams.
