LONGi Solar in Europe seeks a Regional Sales Manager for BESS C&I to drive opportunities, hit regional targets, and build distributor and installer relationships.

The role requires 5+ years in energy storage or related fields, a strong technical understanding of BESS components, and fluent English plus local language; travel within the region is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales, technical sales or business development in energy storage, solar PV or power electronics.
• Experience in C&I BESS sales is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience working with distributors, installers, EPCs or system integrators.
• Track record of developing customers and closing commercial opportunities.

Your Mission Drive LONGi Europe C&I energy storage business by developing customers and channel partners, managing sales opportunities, and closing BESS C&I projects. This role requires both strong sales capability and solid technical understanding of energy storage systems.

Required Skills

• Good technical understanding of BESS, including battery, PCS, BMS and EMS.
• Strong sales and commercial negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of distribution and channel sales.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Fluent in English and local language.
• Willing to travel within the region.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in C&I BESS sales is strongly preferred.
