LONGi Solar Europe C&I energy storage business seeks a results-driven sales professional to develop BESS C&I opportunities in Italy, with focus on Sardinia. You will manage distributors, installers, EPCs and system integrators, drive regional targets and close commercial opportunities.

In this role you will coordinate with Product, Technical Solution, Service and Finance teams, maintain accurate forecasts, and provide market feedback to shape pricing strategy.

Competenze

• Must-have bachelor-level degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in sales, technical sales or business development in energy storage, solar PV, or power electronics.
• Experience in C&I BESS sales strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of developing customers and closing opportunities.
• Experience with distributors, installers, EPCs or system integrators is required.

Mansioni

• Develop BESS C&I sales opportunities and regional targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop BESS C&I sales opportunities and achieve regional sales targets.
• Build and manage relationships with distributors, installers, system integrators, EPCs and C&I customers.
• Develop and manage local sales channels and support partner sell-in and sell-out activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable BESS solutions.
• Discuss key technical topics including battery systems, PCS, BMS, EMS, system sizing and application scenarios.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to quotation, negotiation and order closing.
• Coordinate with Product, Technical Solution, Service, Supply Chain, Finance and Legal teams.
• Provide market, customer and competitor feedback to support product and pricing strategy.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of sales, technical sales or business development experience in energy storage, solar PV or power electronics.
• Experience in C&I BESS sales is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience working with distributors, installers, EPCs or system integrators.
• Track record of developing customers and closing commercial opportunities.

Required Skills

• Good technical understanding of BESS, including battery, PCS, BMS and EMS.
• Strong sales and commercial negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of distribution and channel sales.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Fluent in English and local language.
• Willing to travel within the region.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in C&I BESS sales is strongly preferred.
