LONGi Solar is seeking a seasoned BESS C&I sales professional in Italy to drive regional sales, build distributor and system integrator networks, and close commercial opportunities across C&I customers. The role requires strong technical understanding of energy storage systems and hands-on deal execution.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to tailor BESS solutions, support pricing, and gather market feedback.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of sales, technical sales or business development experience in energy storage, solar PV or power electronics.
• Experience in C&I BESS sales is strongly preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop BESS C&I sales opportunities and achieve regional sales targets.
• Build and manage relationships with distributors, installers, system integrators, EPCs and C&I customers.
• Develop and manage local sales channels and support partner sell-in and sell-out activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable BESS solutions.
• Discuss key technical topics including battery systems, PCS, BMS, EMS, system sizing and application scenarios.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to quotation, negotiation and order closing.

• Provide market, customer and competitor feedback to support product and pricing strategy.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts.

• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Fluent in English and local language.
• Willing to travel within the region.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in C&I BESS sales is strongly preferred.
