Job summary

Barry Callebaut Group in Italy is seeking a field-based technical sales professional specialized in pastry, bakery and chocolate applications. You will support B2B customers with highly technical consultancy, assist in product development and coordinate trials with R&D and marketing teams.

Based in the Toscana-Lazio-Umbria-Marche region, you will travel to customer sites, deliver trainings and presentations, and translate technical features into commercial value while collaborating with Sales,

Qualifications

Professional background in pastry, bakery, or chocolate production with strong technical expertise.
Strong knowledge of pastry, bakery and chocolate applications.
Experience in technical customer support, application development or technical sales in food ingredients sector.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage B2B customers within the gourmet artisan channel, leveraging the existing network.
Provide technical and application support on cocoa, chocolate, pastry and bakery ingredients, including troubleshooting and process optimization.
Bridge between Chocolate Academy, Commercial, R&D and Marketing, supporting product development, trials and customization.
Support sales activities through customer visits, technical presentations, demos and hands-on trials, including semi-industrial and industrial scale-up.
Deliver technical training, workshops and product presentations at trade fairs and events.
