Hired is seeking a Technical Recruiter (Remote) to contribute to the Zara AI-powered recruitment platform. You will collaborate with data scientists and product teams to refine sourcing, screening, and engagement processes using scalable ML and NLP techniques.

Ideal candidates have deep Python experience, a strong NLP background, and hands-on experience deploying AI systems in production, plus cloud and API integration skills to connect with ATS and third-party platforms.

Competenze

• Proficiency in Python, including experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong background in NLP, including experience with libraries such as spaCy or Hugging Face.
• Experience building and deploying scalable AI systems in production.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools like Docker.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases for data extraction and integration.
• Understanding of ethical AI principles and bias mitigation techniques in recruitment systems.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Background in data pipeline development and ETL processes.
